Confirm Belgian Registration
You must register at your local Belgian commune (Gemeente/Commune) within 8 days of arrival. Your rental contract or purchase deed is required for customs and commune registration.
Step 4
Transfer of Residence Declaration
We submit your Belgian Form 136 (or equivalent ToR declaration) on your behalf. For EU institution or NATO staff, specialist diplomatic carnet handling is available.

Fast Channel Tunnel Transit
